We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help and will work quickly to make it right. Our curriculum subscriptions are designed to provide ongoing monthly deliveries, and we strive to ensure every shipment arrives accurately and in good condition.

Subscription Orders

All purchases made through our online store are recurring monthly subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before your next billing cycle.

Customers can manage subscriptions through their online account, including:

  • Updating shipping or billing information
  • Skipping an upcoming shipment
  • Adjusting quantities before the next order processes

To request cancellation or additional subscription changes, contact our Support Team before the 1st of the month prior to your next shipment.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address associated with your order
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged or incorrect items, if applicable

Because our products are subscription-based educational materials prepared specifically for each shipment cycle, we may not be able to accept returns for opened or used materials unless the item is damaged or there was an error with the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may update or cancel upcoming subscription orders before processing begins for the next shipment cycle. Requests submitted after processing may apply to the following month's shipment.
