Ordering & Account

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our online store. Simply select the curriculum that fits your program, choose your quantity, and proceed to checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you will be prompted to create an account during checkout. This allows you to view your subscription and track orders.

Can I order for multiple classrooms or locations?

Yes, you can select quantities that match the number of classrooms or students you serve. If you need help determining the right setup, our support team is happy to assist.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can enter a separate shipping address during checkout.

Where can I find my receipt after my order has been placed?

You can find your receipt and order details in the Orders section of your account. You will also be emailed a summary of your order, including a full breakdown of costs, after your order is placed.

I have more questions, so can I instead speak to a sales representative to place an order?

Pricing & Payments

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the number of students and classrooms you are ordering for. Your total will be calculated at checkout.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time of your initial purchase, and then automatically billed for each upcoming subscription order, which will be placed on the 10th of each month.

Are there any additional fees?

Applicable taxes and shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

What if I am tax exempt?

If you are tax exempt please reach out to our Support team at info@experienceearlylearning.com to get connected to a Sales Rep to place an order.

Subscription Management

Is my order a subscription?

Yes, all orders are set up as a recurring subscription so you receive new curriculum each month without needing to reorder.

How often will I receive shipments?

Curriculum is shipped on a monthly basis, with each subscription order being placed on the 10th of the month. For example, if a customer places an order on April 10th, they are placing an order for our May curriculum that will arrive by May 1st.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can visit the Subscriptions section of your account after you complete your first purchase, where you’ll be able to manage subscriptions and update shipping details. For additional help, for example to modify an order or subscription, contact our Support team by sending an email to info@experienceearlylearning.com. All order and subscription modifications , billing, and shipment updates must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to your desired effective date.  For example, if you want a change to apply to your November curriculum, you must submit the request by October 1st. If your request is submitted after the 1st, the changes will apply to the following month's curriculum. 

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, you can skip an upcoming shipment for one month directly from your subscription portal.

How do I cancel an existing Experience Curriculum subscription?

You can contact our Support team to cancel an existing Experience Curriculum subscription. All order and subscription modifications , billing, and shipment updates must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to your desired effective date. For example, if you want a change to apply to your November curriculum, you must submit the request by October 1st. If your request is submitted after the 1st, the changes will apply to the following month's curriculum.

For assistance making these changes you have a few ways to reach the Education Support Team:

  • Live Chat: You can chat with a representative Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. To start a chat, go to the Help Center, click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner, and select "I need help with an existing order".
  • Email: You can send an email to info@experienceearlylearning.com. Be sure to use the email address associated with your subscription and include any relevant details about your issue. 
Can I change my quantity or shipping details?

Yes, you can update your shipping address by visiting the Subscriptions section of your account before your next order processes. To modify an order or subscription, contact our Support team by sending an email to info@experienceearlylearning.com. All order and subscription modifications , billing, and shipment updates must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to your desired effective date.  For example, if you want a change to apply to your November curriculum, you must submit the request by October 1st. If your request is submitted after the 1st, the changes will apply to the following month's curriculum. 

When will I be billed for my next order?

You will be billed automatically on the 10th of each month for your next subscription order. You will receive an email reminder before your next subscription order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

All initial orders are placed for the next month’s curriculum and will be delivered before the end of the month so you’re ready to start on day one. For example, if you place an order on May 8th, you are ordering curriculum for June, and your order will arrive before the end of May. Then, all subsequent subscription orders will arrive before the end of the month. For example, your Curriculum for August will ship in July and arrive before the end of July. Once your curriculum ships, you will receive an email notification containing a clickable link to view your tracking and delivery details.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What if my order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged?

Please contact our support team at info@experienceearlylearning.com and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Changes, Returns & Support

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Changes can be made through your account before your next order is processed and before the 1st of the month prior to your desired effective date.  In the Subscriptions section of your account you can change your shipping address and billing information. If you need immediate help or other support, please contact our Support team at info@experienceearlylearning.com.

What is your return or refund policy?

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to our support team at info@experienceearlylearning.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

You will receive a confirmation email with details about your order and what to expect next. We will also share helpful resources to get you started.

Are there training or onboarding resources available so I can get started once my materials arrive?

Yes, there are several resources available to help you and your team feel confident using Experience Curriculum:

  • Getting Started Webinars: You can watch a 30-minute webinar tailored specifically to the Experience Baby, Toddler, or Preschool curriculum. These sessions guide you through unboxing your materials, organizing and prepping your lessons, and assessing children's learning. Here are the on-demand Preschool, Toddler, and Baby Sessions. If you are implementing Little Learners Multi-Age, watch this quick 5-minute overview.
  • Unboxing Videos: See exactly what’s inside your kit and how to use it: Preschool Unboxing, Toddler Unboxing, and Baby Unboxing.
  • brightwheel Academy: If your program uses brightwheel Premium, you can access exclusive interactive training and certification courses. 
If I’m a brightwheel customer, will my curriculum be automatically linked to my account?

Existing brightwheel customers will automatically get access to the digital lesson plans for the curriculum they purchased ~2 weeks before the 1st of the month so that you have ample time to prepare for the month’s lessons.

What’s included in my Experience Curriculum subscription?

An Experience Curriculum subscription provides high-quality teaching materials and resources that are tailored for different age groups and classroom sizes. The contents depend on your specific plan, but here is what is generally included in the Core Curriculum Packs:

  • Baby Curriculum:  The Teacher Pack comes with 36 shared experience cards, planning tools, storytelling puppets, rhyme posters, two board books, and a toy. The Child Pack is sold separately and adds a daily traveling journal, shared experience stickers, and weekly engagement tracking forms.
  • Toddler Curriculum: Designed for ages 18-36 months and available in sizes from Small (1-4 children) to Extra Large (12-16 children). It includes 4 weekly teacher guides, circle time materials, hands-on learning tools (like math manipulatives and play mats), and 4 books per month.
  • Preschool Curriculum: Designed for 1 to 25 children. Your kit will include 4 weekly teacher guides, weekly lesson packs with books, games, and puzzles, manipulative math and literacy tools, and individually wrapped supply bags with craft materials for each student.
  • Multi-Age Box: This includes the standard Preschool Curriculum plus a Little Learners Teacher Guide, which provides instructions on how to safely simplify preschool activities, games, and crafts for toddlers using the same supplies.

Here is what is generally included in our Enhancement Programs & Add-Ons:

  • Experience God: A Christian curriculum that includes a teacher guidebook with over 20 monthly activities, Bible verse posters, and child packs with craft materials.
  • STEAM Station Packs: 20 ready-to-go science, technology, engineering, art, and math station ideas provided each month. 
  • Dance N' Beats: A preschool music, movement, and fitness program featuring 12 songs and dances per month.
  • Experience Toybox: A monthly collection of high-quality educational toys aligned with the monthly theme.
  • More Math & Literacy: Pre-K workbooks for independent reading, writing, and math practice
