Experience Early Learning Company ("EEL," "we," "us," or "our"), a subsidiary of brightwheel or DSSV, Inc. (referred to herein as "brightwheel"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website at mothergoosetime.com, shop at our store at store.mybrightwheel.com, or otherwise interact with our Services.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting Support:

  • Payment information: processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. EEL does not store raw card data

EEL does not collect student or child information through its website or storefront. Our products are sold to early childhood education providers (adults). No personally identifiable information about students or children under 13 is knowingly collected through our website or purchasing process.

Use of the Brightwheel subscription platform, including any student or guardian information collected through it, is governed by brightwheel's Privacy Policy at https://mybrightwheel.com/privacy/. Use of Experience Curriculum is governed by this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill orders, including subscription management and shipping
  • Manage your account and send account-related communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, subscription reminders)
  • Calculate and collect applicable taxes
  • Process payments
  • Respond to customer service requests and support inquiries
  • Send marketing communications about products and promotions, where permitted
  • Analyze website usage and improve our Services
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
